Talk to your DBR representative to learn about financing options, and fill out an application with the financial institution that best suits your financing needs.
2. GET A DECISION ON YOUR APPLICATION
Your application will usually take a few minutes to complete. You can get a quick credit decision after completion of your application. If approved, make sure to provide your DBR representative with your account number and discuss payment plan options.

Once you choose a payment plan, DBR Home Builders will authorize the financed amount under your selected payment plan with your financial institution.
4. start your monthly payments
Once your work has been completed, DBR Home Builders will charge your account. You will then begin your monthly payments based on the promotion of your choosing.
