This has been a project that was interrupted only by the weather! Other than that, James and his crew are honest, hardworking and took pride in what they do!! Before we began- James met with me and we chatted about what I wanted to replace- he listened and then told me what they could do. No pressure, no hard sell. Suggested what would work for our limited space. We met several times after that, emails answered promptly. The guys were all friendly, too. They picked up ALL of their mess and power washed where they had their equipment and tools! Here’s why I will use them for my next project- on the day James came to collect payment- we walked thru the project one more time so he was assured that it was done to our satisfaction; then his brother shows up, Evo (not sure I got that name right!) He hadn’t been part of the project as he handles inside construction, but wanted to check on it. As we chatted, I said I should’ve done our fire pit with a little variation- they BOTH did my design change right then and there!! No ‘that’ll cost more’ or ‘I’ll send out a guy next week’ Impressed me to say the least! And that is how you get a loyal customer
