This was a bathroom remodel. We live in a Chicago Bungalow house and we wanted an “aging in place bathroom” in addition to keeping up with the integrity of the home features. We felt that they listened to the concerns that had (fix the water leak into the basement, grout that was a nightmare and making a barrier free entrance into the shower area. We wanted everything that was custom to our needs so we were able to put in the grab bars next to the toilet, next to the shower bench that folds in and out and two shower heads for easy access. We also had the shower niches within reach instead of reaching for things. We felt that our needs were heard and taken into consideration. Hard workers, good communication and good with details that can be overlooked.
