DBR Construction, Mr. Ivo Alexander the owner and his team were a very professional and responsive construction company. They took on the daunting task of gut rehabilitating our condominium in the heart of Chicago’s Astor District. The building is older, and Ivo the owner identified several cost effective ways to improve the insulation, new technologies in HVAC solutions, sound dampening, hardwood flooring, metal work, tile, worked with subcontractors to create beautiful finishes, and worked with the HOA to keep things relatively quiet for our neighbors. The team consisted of Adrian, Arturo, Eric, Ben, Henry, Carlos, and Oscar. All had their lanes and worked beautifully both independently and as a team when necessary. DBR will be our go-to firm for future buildouts or new purchases in the future for any construction.
